How does the 200-night sleep trial work?
We want you to be sure about your sleep. You can test your Simba mattress in your own home for 200 nights; if you don't love it, we will collect it for free and give you a full refund.
What makes the Simba Hybrid® mattress unique?
Our mattresses combine up to 5,000 titanium Aerocoil® springs with high-density foam layers and our patented Simbatex® cooling technology to provide the perfect balance of support and temperature regulation.
How is the mattress delivered and how long does setup take?
Your mattress arrives vacuum-sealed in a compact box. Once unboxed, it will expand to its full size within 3 to 6 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours to fully settle.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with specific layers that should always face up. However, we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees once a month for the first three months, then once every three months thereafter.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Simba mattress is built to last and comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or significant dipping.
Do you offer old mattress removal services?
Yes, for a small fee, we can arrange to collect and recycle your old mattress at the same time we deliver your new Simba. Simply select this option at checkout.
